We received about 4” of fresh snow Sunday night (1/23/11). The snowmobile trails are in excellent shape. Snow levels are pushing close to 3 ft or better here at the mid-trail area. Come up and see us if you are traveling this way.

Here’s a little reminder of some of the winter events that are planned for Hungry Jack Lodge, one of Mineesota’s premiere winter resorts, for this February.

Monday, February 14th – Valentines Day Special

A romantic evening of fine dinning at Hungry Jack Lodge on the Gunflint Trail. A special menu for a special day. Dine with your loved one at Hungry Jack Lodge for an unforgettable night he or she will remember always! Gorgious winter views from our Gunflint Trail area dining room that will take your breath away. Please call for advance reservations as space is limited.

Friday, February 18th
The very popular Eddie Mack band will be playing in our Loggers Lounge begining at 9 PM.

Saturday, February 19th – Snowmobile Drag Racing
The Gunflint Trail Snowmobile Drag Races will be held at Hungry Jack Lodge this year. Sign up at 11 AM. Drag racing starts at noon. The Eddie Mac band will be playing in the Loggers Lounge starting at 9 PM. Come early. Eat, drink and enjoy a full day at Hungry Jack Lodge.
